Hypertexts change in time. We need dynamic enactments to help us understand these changes.
First, we need to see the way things will change when we follow a link. Fluid links may be a big step in this direction, but much remains to be done.
Just as important, we need ways to visualize the way dynamic links work, the way hypertexts with context-dependent structures change as we read them.
